What these are
These are short, practical Oregon landlord courses. Each one walks one real job: screening, habitability and turn-ready units, security deposits and move-out accounting, eviction court after a valid notice expires, and more as the library grows.
They are built for the people who actually run Oregon rentals: brand-new owners, busy investors, and working property managers.
Not a generic national overview. Not a live webinar you have to rearrange your week around.
How they work

Buy the course you need.

Open Class Materials if you want the checklists and downloads. You do not have to download anything to start — scroll to the bottom of that list and the first lesson unlocks.

Take each module as a short video or as the written version of the same lesson.

Answer a 5-question quiz after each module. Pass at 60%. Unlimited retakes.

Finish the 10-question final test. You get the continuing-education hours printed on that course at no extra charge.
Most courses are about an hour and $25. Longer courses are $45 (2hrs) or $60 (3hrs). CE credit is included.

Why a landlord should buy them
