All live classes are online webinars on Zoom, covering a wide range of topics from assistance animals to selling rental properties and more. For Oregon CE, choose Registration w/CEC Certificate when you register. Every registrant gets the recording and a certificate by the next business day, whether or not they attend live.

Self-guided, multi-video courses you take on your own time: $25 for about 1 hour, $45 for about 2 hours, or $60 for about 3 hours. Oregon CE credit is included when you pass the module quizzes and final test, with your license number on file.
Recordings of past classes are sold separately in our public store for $35 to $40 each. Recordings do not include CE credit.

Live online class: Live Zoom webinar where you can ask questions in real time. Standard Registration $45, Registration w/CEC Certificate $65, member discount. Oregon CE with Registration w/CEC Certificate and your license number on file. Every registrant gets a certificate by the next business day and the recording at paroa.org/class-videos. Class recording: A recording of a past live class, $35 to $40. No Oregon CE and no certificate. Buy any time at paroa.org/category/class-recordings.

Licensee who needs Oregon CE: Register for a live class with Registration w/CEC Certificate ($65), or take any self-guided Continuing Education course ($25 or $45). Make sure your Oregon license number is on file. Your certificate arrives by the next business day (live) or usually within 24 hours (self-guided).
Can't make the live time: Register anyway. Every registrant gets the recording at paroa.org/class-videos, plus a certificate by the next business day.
Buying your first 2–4 unit: Oregon House Hacking ($45), then Oregon Market Rent ($25) and Oregon Security Deposits ($25).
