This class will cover all of them in detail and let you know how they effect your business. Things like tenants with children under 1 year old get an additonal 90 days for non-payment eviction or the property tax extension for multi-unit properties or the ability to pay a tenant extra rewlocation fe to buy down the move out time from 90 days to 60!
