This two hour class will cover Oregon & Portland laws and best practices pertaining to marketing your rental, Application requirements, and Screening; including what screening criteria you can use, what notices you need to provide applicants, rules about how you advertise your rental and receive applications. 

This class is available to attend for free due to an education grant from the city of Portland, OR.

CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost due to the grant rules. Don't forget to select the CE Credits ticket option if you would like CE credits
