This class will be a 3-hour review of the landlord tenant laws that every landlord needs to know and have their memory refreshed on as well as an update on new and/or potential upcoming laws in Oregon and the city of Portland. We will cover the most common issues a landlord encounters from preparing your unit, screening, inspections, repairs, common violations, and the move out.
