Bring your current tenant problems, concerns, or even just basic questions. Whether your consider yourself and your questions advanced or those of a "newbie" landlord we are here to help and others will get to learn from your questions. Don't worry though, if we don't get enough questions to fill the hour Christian is pretty good at finding something to talk about for you all to learn from. LOL ;)
