Monthly Members Meeting - Landlord Round Table / Live Q&A

The first half hour will be association and legislative updates / announcements. Then we will have an hour dedicated to your Landlord questions. Bring your current tenant problems, concerns, or even just basic questions. Whether your consider yourself and your questions advanced or those of a "newbie" landlord we are here to help and others will get to learn from your questions. Don't worry though, if we don't get enough questions to fill the hour Christian is pretty good at finding something to talk about for you all to learn from. LOL ;)

Who? Roundtable will be lead by Christian Bryant, who is the President of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association and a board member for the Oregon Rental Housing Association. He owns IRC Enterprises - a real estate and property management company - and Real Estate & Property Managementwww (RPM) Education. He has been in real estate, lending, and property management for over 20 years. He also serves as president of the Northwest Real Estate Investors Association and the Central Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, local chapters of the National Real Estate Investors Association.
