Oregon 2027 Rent Cap: 10% Is the Ceiling, Not the Raise
DAS posted the 2027 number on September 28. Most covered Oregon tenancies now have a 10% ceiling. Large parks and marinas stay at 6%. If your increase starts in 2027, stop using 9.5%. Inside Portland, 10% is also the relocation tripwire. Ceiling, not an automatic raise.
